Caution is advised during the first and second trimesters! After reading reviews and purchasing vitamins while planning my pregnancy, I became concerned about the vitamin A content, as it should be minimal. My specialist in miscarriages confirmed my fears and advised against taking these vitamins during the first and second trimesters due to the risk of kidney stones and other complications. She recommended reserving these for the third trimester. Overall, the vitamins are good but consult your doctor first regarding vitamin A.
